Buying a car from this place was the smoothest, easiest and most trouble free experience. Charles was a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. He did listen to what I was after and was able to point out a few possibilities. I zeroed in on a used Outback in fantastic shape and he was able to explain the features very well. Getting financing was a breeze. After I purchased the car, I noticed that one of the cross bars of the built in roof rack had been attached using a really weird screw. Charles went above and beyond to rectify the problem and make sure I was happy well after the sale had been closed. Would definitely buy from this place again.

Had some minor issues with the vehicle that the dealership addressed and covered the repairs at no additional cost for myself which I was appreciative for. The vehicles are in good shape wth lots of new parts put on before they are sold, including tires, which is awesome. I’m super happy with my new SUV and also glad that I decided to get a remote starter installed before winter! Coming into the store I did feel a bit nervous as it was my first time buying and financing a car. However I can definitely say that the Car Store on Main separates themselves from other dealerships as they truly care for their customers. I had the pleasure of doing business with Charles who was super friendly and made the entire process go as smooth as possible. I bought my car from The Car Store on Main Street in May. I was very impressed with this business. I primarily dealt with Elves. When I test drove the car, the engine light came on. I brought it to their attention and they told me not to worry that they would take care of it. After trying to rectify the problem, they told me to take it to the car brand dealership to have the problem diagnosed. The brand dealership fixed the problem and The Car Store took care of the bill. I love my car and it runs great. I found that Elves responded to my texts quickly and always reassured me that they would look after me. Next time I am looking to buy a vehicle, The Car Store will certainly be at the top of my list.

Recently purchased a 2016 BMW series 3 328i x drive from this dealership. I was in an urgent need for a new vehicle as mine crapped out on me. The finance manager was able to answer all the questions I had on this vehicle. The process was quick and easy and I was able to leave with the vehicle that same day after signing the documents. I appreciate the teams effort in quickly getting me the best possible rate for my vehicle and getting me on the road that same day. Was also able to purchase new rims and tires for the vehicle which was a nice add on needed for the winter.

I recently had the good fortune to bring my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the shop to have it sold on consignment. Not only did Charles handle everything, including some minor repairs, but he sold it for the price we agreed and gave me a fair cost for his work. I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I shopped at 4 different Dealers and felt awesome with the deal I got. I saved thousands of dollars. This was the only dealer that had replaced the wiper blades, tires and brakes, oil change and filters. Vehicle safety completed is above the minimum. Great after sale service second to none.
